Production Manager: Toller Spear
Mr. Toller Spear has decades of experience in the construction field, specializing in disaster remediation, new home construction, renovation, and roofing. Toller is a member of the Texas Air National Guard (147th Attack Wing) and previously served in the Virginia Army National Guard (29th Infantry Division). His service included an 12-month tour in Afghanistan. Amongst his awards are the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Master Recruiter Badge, and the German Schützenschnur. Toller enjoys spending time with his four children, woodworking, cooking, and traveling.
Connie Gonzalez, General Manager
Ms. Connie Gonzalez oversees all operations of the Spear Building Group Stone Division.Connie also manages our Marketing Team and Advertising Platforms. Connie grew up in Sheldon, Texas. She holds her B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston and an A.A. in Business from San Jacinto College. In her spare time, Connie enjoys going to Prince Royce concerts, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Felix Gomez, Marketing Team
Mr. Gomez handles our social media accounts, website updates, and helps out with daily operations. Felix grew up in Houston, Texas and is currently attending University of Houston-Downtown obtaining his B.A. in Marketing. In his spare time, Felix enjoys playing soccer, spending time with his family, and fishing.
